Delivery
Items ordered before 10am EST on our working days will be dispatched within 1-2 working days as long as the image provided is feasible. Please watch our Handy Tips video before placing an order to guarantee the best possible cutout.
Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Public Holidays. All orders to Australia are shipped from the United Kingdom.
Currently all of our cutouts are sent via a tracked courier service and take 7-10 working days to arrive. Please ensure that somebody is available to sign as parcels will not be left without a signature.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CHRISTMAS:
Order before the 11th December for Christmas delivery*
*Please be aware that delivery dates are estimations provided by the carrier, they have suspended Guaranteed delivery and now use the phrase Best Endeavours. Therefore, we advise that you order as early as possible to ensure your order is delivered in time for your desired event.

All our Cutoutme products are personalised and made to order. We do not accept returns unless there is a fault with your finished item when it arrives.
*Photographic evidence of the box it arrived in and the cutout (front and back) will be required.
